THE GENERATION C APPROACH

Methodology first, not badges

Many programmes sell a club logo and deliver a generic camp. We start with what matters: methodology, knowledge and lasting capability.

DESIGNED WITH YOU

Choose the elements that fit.

A programme may include local matches, training with a club or academy, sessions with coaches, cultural visits, restaurants and other activities. The mix can be organised around a city or adjusted for a longer, multi-city visit.

We aim to make the offer practical for team managers, coaches and families: clear choices, a defined itinerary and one conversation to begin planning.

Common questions

Generation C questions.

How is Generation C different from a football camp?

Methodology first, not badges. Every programme starts from a curriculum built for the academy, school, club or institution commissioning it, rather than selling a club logo and delivering a generic camp. International coaches work alongside local coaches so the capability stays with the club after the programme ends.

What age groups do you work with?

Short, intensive blocks for players aged around seven to eighteen, with training hours age-banded in line with FIFA and UEFA guidance and groupings agreed with the club before arrival. Coach education, season programmes and tournament formats work across a wider spread because they are built for coaches, academies and school networks rather than a single age group.

Do you issue coaching licences?

No, and we are clear about it. Certificates of attendance are certificates of attendance, not federation-validated coaching licences. In Spain, UEFA licences are issued by the RFEF; Generation C does not issue them. Our seven programmes cover coach education, youth team training, season delivery, tournaments, legends programmes, team travel and online education.
